Seedhe Maut and Kiss Nuka Lead South Asian Charge at Glastonbury Festival 2025

The global music scene is about to feel the heat from South Asia! This year’s Glastonbury Festival, the country’s largest and most recognizable music festival, will feature a strong lineup of South Asian and Indian artists. Representing India are New Delhi’s explosive hip-hop duo Seedhe Maut (@seedhemaut) and electronic talents like Kiss Nuka (@kissnuka), Baalti (@baalti.mp3), Suchi (@suchi), and Rafiki (@rafikisounds). Legendary artists Bobby Friction (@bobbyfriction) and Bally Sagoo (@ballysagooofficial) have joined them, boosting South Asian representation even further. The Azaadi Stage (@azaadistage), a dedicated space to celebrate South Asian music, is a new platform that will be available this year in Glastonbury’s renowned Shangri-La area. From hip-hop and fusion to electronic and singer-songwriter acts like Shivum Sharma, Panjabi Hit Squad, Sukh Knight, and Raji Rags, Azaadi will feature a dynamic range of artists. After Kiss Nuka’s trailblazing performance at the Greenpeace Stage in 2024, this collective arrival marks a huge milestone for South Asian artists on global stages. With over a hundred stages and thousands of attendees, Glastonbury 2025 promises to be a major moment for these homegrown talents.
